AUSA plans to present twelve models to construction professionals attending Construmat. On this occasion, Ausa’s ample commercial team will be available to customers and visitors in Zone 1 Level 1 Stand B-60, where they will provide continuous assistance, both in relation to new products as well as on their entire offer of construction and public works machinery.

At this important biannual event it will be possible to take a look at a few dumper models. Of particular interest is the new 10 ton D 1000 AP model which BAUMA plans to use to launch their international campaign. With permanent four-wheel drive, it comes equipped with a cutting-edge turbocharged KUBOTA 105 CV diesel engine. It also features hydrodynamic transmission with a four-speed Turner synchronized gearbox in both directions and a special 10 ton ZF torque converter. The hopper offers a capacity of 5,225 liters for the front-end loader model. A compact machine, whose width of 2.48 meters makes it one of the most competitive sizes on the market, it stands out for its modern design and above all, for bringing together three essential qualities: safety, maneuverability and stability. Regarding the rigid chassis dumpers, we would draw attention to the D 150 RM and the D 201 RHS models, both with hydraulic frontal tipping and load capacities of 1,500 and 2,000 kg respectively. The D 100 AHA, with an articulated chassis and four-wheel drive will also be present. In addition to excellent maneuverability, this vehicle offers a load capacity of 1,000 kilos and frontal hydraulic unloading.

As for the AUSA multiservice line, these vehicles continue to attract attention. At Construmat, AUSA will present the TASK 50 Free Time. This model, with a load capacity of 400 kilos, features a one-cylinder ROTAX BOMBARDIER gas engine and an automatic continuous variable transmission (CVT), with selectable 2wd and 4wd. It reaches maximum speeds of 60 km/h and can travel up 45% slopes carrying a full load, with approach and departure angles of 80º and 70º respectively. It stands out from other products in its class, i.e. the Task 50 and the Task 50 Diesel, due to a more complete line of features. Standard features include aluminum wheel rims, chrome bars, spare tire, towing point and green paint. Optional features available include: rear hard top, Patrol Kit, closed cabin with heater, hardtop, rear load protection guard, volumetric lifts, TIR locking system, electric hopper switch, turf tires, front winch with remote control (1,500 kg), differential locking switch, electro-hydraulic kit with front tool carrier and snow plough attachment.

The M 150 MC, a multiservice vehicle with a load capacity of 1,500 kilos, will also make an appearance at the fair. The vehicle is equipped with a KUBOTA D1105 diesel engine, two-wheel drive and mechanical transmission with five forward gears and one reverse gear. The M 150 MC reaches speeds of 35 km/h and is able to travel up 38% slopes carrying a full load, with approach and departure angles of 29º and 60º respectively. Furthermore, it has a large capacity for transporting tools and a container carrier system, along with one container, are included as standard features. Lastly, AUSA presents the M 300 H, an all-terrain vehicle with a work-load capacity of 2,500 kilos which distinguishes itself by its sturdiness, reliability, safety, ergonomics and innovative design. The capacity to carry pieces of equipment makes it particularly suited for maintenance tasks, acting as sweepers, bush cutters, snow ploughs or high pressure cleaning trucks. The vehicle has permanent central differential Compen System four-wheel drive. Equipped with an 86 CV VOLKSWAGEN AVM 1.9 TDI engine, two-speed automatic hydrostatic transmission and two-gear speed reducers, it reaches maximum speeds of 60 km/h.

From its complete line of forklifts, AUSA is bringing two four-wheel drive models to Construmat. The C 150 Hx4 with a load capacity of 1,500 kilos is equipped with selectable four-wheel drive which makes it easy to maneuver and proficient at getting around wherever needed. Equipped with a four cylinder Kubota V1505-E2B diesel engine, it has an outer turning radius of 4 meters. It comes with a complete line of standard features, consisting of an open cabin, ergonomic seats with suspension, safety belts, joystick, rotating beacon, hydraulic power take-off attachment, side shift width of 1.26 meters, active safety features and an audible reverse warning system. In addition, AUSA will present the four-wheel drive version of their forklift with a load capacity of 3,500 kilos. The large capacity and small size of the C 350 Hx4, along with permanent four-wheel drive, are assets that make it one of the most versatile and maneuverable all-terrain forklifts, and one of the most popular machines on the market. The variety of masts offers lifting heights of over three meters, with heights that range from 3.36 meters for the standard mast, and up to 6.78 meters for the others. The machine is able to travel up 40% slopes carrying a full load.

Of the AUSA TRADING products, first of all we would like to point out the MH 35 R mini-digger. It has a weight of 3,480 kg and a horsepower of 27.1 CV. The bucket digging force is 30.1 kn, with a digging depth of 3.13 meters, and a maximum height of 4.66 meters.

AUSA will also present their RC5 backhoe loader. This four-wheel drive vehicle employs a four cylinder Diesel Turbo John Deere Diesel engine and is environmentally friendly, with low fuel consumption and low maintenance costs. It has an operating weight of 8.2 tons. The front-end loading shovel capacity is 1.1 m3, with a tipping angle of 45º and a maximum unloading height of 2.74 meters. As far as capacities are concerned, the maximum digging depth is 4.6 meters (retracted) and 5.8 meters (extended), with a bucket rotation angle of 200º. The cabin comes equipped with ROPS, tinted safety glass with full visibility, two side-opening doors with rear and side windows, as well as front and rear window wipers. As an optional feature, the electro-hydraulic suspension system (EHSS) offers maximum driving comfort for all types of terrains. Lastly AUSA presents the Mustang 2054 mini-loader. This model has a load capacity of 748 kg and an operating weight of 2,948 kg. Equipped with a 37 kw engine, it provides a hydraulic flow of 70 liters/min. It has a maximum lifting height of 2.92 meters and the bucket measurements, with a height of 1.97 meters, a width of 1.56 meters and a shovel length of 3.12 meters, allow easy access to all types or work areas.
