THE COSTA RICAN ELECTRICITY INSTITUTE (ICE) PLACES ITS FAITH IN AUSA

The Costa Rican Electricity Institute (ICE), one of the largest companies in Costa Rica, confirms its faith in AUSA by purchasing new Multiservice M250M vehicles

After having put its trust in AUSA for years, the ICE has once again shown that the Spanish company is its favourite by adding two new Multiservice vehicles to its collection. These are M250M vehicles, with a 2,500 kg capacity and mechanical transmission that allow working in any situation with total confidence.

These sales are the result of TECADI’s know-how, AUSA’s official distributor in the country and an expert on the needs of workers in Costa Rica. The company has extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the products on offer. This has allowed it to lead sales of dumper trucks, concrete mixers and Multiservice vehicles throughout the country.

AUSA believes that all of its clients are important, although some "generate extra prestige”. This is the opinion of Stefano Calcara, AUSA representative for Central and South America, in reference to the ICE. This company generates almost 30% of the country’s GDP by selling electricity to the whole of Central America, including Mexico, and is consolidated as one of the largest companies in Costa Rica According to Calcara, keeping ICE’s trust in the company after several years of business relationship “confirms the efficiency of our vehicles, especially considering that the choice is decided through competitions”, which in the representative’s opinion is clear proof of the quality of AUSA’s products.

Allan Meltzer, Manager of TECADI, expresses his satisfaction with having customers “as important” as ICE. “We have been able to fulfil the highest standards that this type of company demands”. TECADI has consolidated AUSA as a leading manufacturer in the country thanks mainly to the sale of dumper trucks, concrete mixers and, more recently, Multiservice vehicles. Meltzer also predicts major potential for the 10-ton dumper truck.
